At Cosimo Beauty, we stand behind the quality of our professional products and education. Due to the specialized and hygienic nature of our tools and training, please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products once an order has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cosimo Luma Kits
  • UV light devices
  • Tools, accessories, and consumables
  • Hair extension systems or hair products 
  • Online courses, digital content, certifications, and educational materials

Digital Products & Education
All digital products, online courses, tutorials, and educational content are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number 
  • Clear photos or video of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be issued for user error, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
Shipping & Delivery

  •  Shipping fees are non-refundable
  •  We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

International Orders
All international orders are final sale. We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays or seizures
  •  Duties, taxes, or import fees
  •  Packages refused or returned due to missing or incorrect customs information
  •  provided by the customer

Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.
